Electronic Cigarettes AREN’T AS EFFECTUAL AS They Claim to Be
In terms of smoking and the result on health, electronics cigarettes certainly are a dark horse. They have shown up in stores lately and there’s much discuss them. However, are they all bad? Let’s look at how smoking affects your body.
Most people, when they smoke, inhale the smoke from the traditional cigarettes. This means they take in all of the a large number of chemicals and a large number of compounds that are within the tobacco. The nicotine in traditional cigarettes works like an addictive drug which makes the smoker want more. As time passes, with continued use, the smoker will face serious health issues, like lung cancer. But, with the new premium electronic cigarettes, an individual does not have to deal with those kinds of dangers.
These cigarettes usually do not contain any nicotine, but they do have a technology called the ionizer. This is exactly what helps create the fake tobacco smoke that is inhaled. Electric cigarettes do not use any tobacco at all, but instead, they use batteries and an ionizer that can produce the vapor that looks and tastes just like a real cigarette. There are some products on the market that still use a real cigarette to use the ionizer.
But, when you stop using these electronics cigarettes, you will notice a dramatic reduction in your ability to focus, your attention span, and even your short term memory. The reason is because your brain works a lot harder to process information if you are not using any tobacco at all. Fortunately that this is a temporary effect. Eventually, you will go back to your normal state, and your cognitive abilities will return to normal.
However, though it may seem like the best idea, using electric cigarettes to quit smoking isn’t a very good idea. First off, we are not likely to argue for or against the fact that e-cigs are better than regular cigarettes. Instead, we will discuss why using e-cigs instead of regular cigarettes are not a good idea. This is something that a lot of people who try electronic cigarettes have no idea. You cannot go back to cigarette smoking once you have started using electronic cigarettes.
You see, once you smoke a genuine cigarette, the tar and nicotine get inside of your body. This goes down deep into your lungs and causes a variety of health problems. Electronic cigarettes do not contain any tar or nicotine, nonetheless it does contain an ingredient that makes it look and feel just like a real cigarette. Smokers don’t realize that the tar in cigarettes will not come from the tar that’s in them, it originates from the chemical that makes Puff Bar up the “sticky” portion of the stick. It is this sticky residue that causes most of the bad items that can go wrong with smokers.
Furthermore, the e-cigs tend to produce a unique aroma that many smokers find unpleasant. They do not realize that they actually like this smell, and it can be quite unpleasant for many people. This means that smokers can end up becoming irritated by using these cigarettes, meaning that they are more unlikely to quit as though they used a genuine cigarette. If they quit, they will not have the same “high” that they used when they smoked, which is important because smoking is not really that fun in the first place. Smokers who make an effort to quit often find that it is just a lot easier to quit when they use one of the different e cigarette models instead of if they just quit cold turkey.
Finally, it will also be noted that electronic cigarettes do not really cause cancer in most people, although there were cases in certain instances where folks have had breathing problems. However, there is absolutely no real proof to point whether that is true or not. There are also cases in which people have become severely ill because of second hand smoke from electric cigarettes. This is the major reason that e-cigs shouldn’t be used around children, as there’s been much evidence to claim that this can be a cause of the sudden deaths of young children. The risks are certainly outweighed by the relative health advantages, but both users and non-users should become aware of these facts.
